Genevieve has more than 20 years of legal experience as an in-house lawyer with global corporations in consumer products, transportation and technology.  She prides herself on being a results-oriented lawyer and her career includes significant experience and expertise handling M&A, complex commercial transactions, strategic risk management, corporate governance, litigation management and regulatory compliance.  Genevieve has practiced in Ohio, Florida and Texas and gained valuable international experience during a two-year assignment in the UK, where she became licensed as a solicitor.  She expanded her international focus and gained valuable insight into the Latin American market when she managed the legal support relating to the sale of Nokia devices in Central America and the Caribbean. 

Genevieve has developed and led legal departments ranging in size from 2 to 25 associates and understands from the entirety of her experience what it takes to form meaningful connections to the business by understanding a client’s drivers for profitability and strategic growth.  Her goal is to deliver legal advice that is practical and tailored to the individual needs of her clients.
